1. Agreement and Scope

By visiting the Website, creating an Account, depositing funds, opening a Case, joining a Case Battle, using the Upgrade feature, playing any Game, or otherwise using the Services, you enter into a binding agreement with 1Adventure Ltd and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML/KYC Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, applicable bonus terms, and any product or game rules displayed on the Website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. Product-specific rules shown before you confirm a transaction form part of these Terms. If a product-specific rule conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific rule applies only to that product and only to the extent of the conflict.

DuelBet may introduce, modify, suspend or withdraw Games and features where reasonably required for operational, security, legal, regulatory or commercial reasons. The current version of these Terms is published on the Website.

2. Definitions

“Account Balance” means funds recorded in your Account that may include deposited funds, winnings and other withdrawable amounts. Bonus Funds and locked amounts are not withdrawable unless their conditions are completed.

“Case” means a chance-based product containing a disclosed range of possible outcomes, rewards or Virtual Items. The applicable price, possible outcomes and any available probability or payout information are displayed before opening.

“Case Battle” means a multiplayer or competitive game in which participants open the same or specified Cases and the winner or distribution of rewards is determined under the rules displayed before entry.

“Upgrade” means a chance-based feature through which a user risks an eligible Virtual Item or value for the opportunity to obtain a selected higher-value outcome at the displayed probability.

“Game” includes slots, live casino, table games, instant games, Cases, Case Battles, Upgrades and any other casino product made available through DuelBet.

“RNG” means a random number generator or other certified randomisation mechanism used to determine chance-based outcomes.

“Services” means the Website, Account, cashier, Games, promotions, communications and all related DuelBet services.

“Virtual Item” means an in-platform digital representation of a reward or value. A Virtual Item is not a physical good, security, deposit or cryptocurrency unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise.

3. Eligibility and Permitted Use

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the higher legal gambling age, if any, in the place where you are physically located and ordinarily resident. We may request age and identity verification at any time.

You are responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful for you. Availability of the Website does not constitute an offer in a jurisdiction where the Services are prohibited. You must not use the Services from any territory restricted by law, the licence conditions, payment providers or DuelBet. The current restricted-territory list may be published on the Website and may change without notice where required.

You must use the Services only for your own personal entertainment. You may not act for another person, operate a syndicate, use the Account for business or investment purposes, or use DuelBet as a bank, payment service, money-transfer service or store of value.

You are solely responsible for taxes, duties and reporting obligations relating to your use of the Services, deposits, withdrawals and winnings.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

You must provide complete, current and truthful information. We may reject an application or restrict an Account until all required information and checks are completed. You must promptly update any information that changes.

Only one Account is permitted per person. We may also restrict multiple Accounts associated with the same household, device, IP address, payment method, wallet or other identifier where this is necessary to prevent abuse. You must contact Support before registering if you believe an earlier Account exists.

4.2 Credentials and Account Activity

You are responsible for keeping your password, two-factor authentication codes and recovery methods secure. You must not sell, transfer, share, lend or allow another person to use your Account.

You must notify Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, compromise, identity theft or misuse. We may temporarily block the Account while we investigate. Activity authenticated through your credentials may be treated as authorised unless our investigation shows otherwise.

5. Verification, AML and Source of Funds

DuelBet may conduct identity, age, address, sanctions, politically exposed person, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, payment ownership, device, location and other compliance checks before or after registration, deposit, gameplay or withdrawal.

Documents may include government-issued identification, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, bank statements, crypto-wallet information, tax documentation, a selfie or liveness/face verification, and any additional information reasonably required by law, the licensing authority, an approved service provider or our risk assessment.

We may delay, restrict or refuse deposits, gameplay, transfers or withdrawals until checks are completed. We may report suspicious activity and provide information to regulators, law enforcement, financial institutions or other competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

You must use only funds obtained lawfully and payment methods or wallets that belong to you. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.

6. Account Balance, Deposits and Payments

Available methods, currencies, minimums, maximums, fees and processing rules are shown in the cashier and may vary by location, Account status and provider. Cash and cheques are not accepted.

A deposit is credited only after confirmation by the relevant provider or blockchain network. We are not responsible for bank, network, wallet, provider or blockchain delays. Conversion rates and provider fees may apply.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for selecting the correct asset, network, address, tag or memo. Funds sent to an unsupported network or incorrect address may be permanently lost.

DuelBet does not provide credit. Your Account Balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. We may set balance, deposit, wager, loss, session or transaction limits for responsible gaming, compliance or risk-management purposes.

Deposited funds may need to be wagered at least once before withdrawal where reasonably required to prevent money laundering, payment abuse or chargebacks. Any additional wagering requirement must be disclosed in the relevant rules.

7. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal only from available withdrawable funds. Bonus Funds, locked funds, unsettled outcomes and amounts under review are not withdrawable.

Withdrawals are normally returned to the original deposit method where practical and lawful. We may require an alternative verified method. We may divide a withdrawal across methods or request additional verification.

Processing times are estimates and may be extended by compliance reviews, payment providers, blockchain congestion, weekends, public holidays, disputes or technical issues. You must ensure that withdrawal details are accurate.

We may deduct amounts credited in error, chargebacks, fees, debts or amounts connected with invalid, void or abusive activity. If you withdraw an amount credited by mistake, it becomes a debt owed to DuelBet.

Once gameplay is confirmed, the stake is consumed immediately. Completed wagers, Case openings, Case Battle entries and Upgrade attempts are not refundable merely because the result was unfavourable.

8. General Game Rules and Results

Before playing, you must review the stake, currency, payout information, rules and limits displayed for the relevant Game. By selecting “Play”, “Open”, “Join”, “Upgrade”, “Confirm” or an equivalent action, you authorise the stake to be deducted and accept the result.

Game outcomes are recorded by DuelBet’s server and/or the relevant game provider. Server records, transaction logs and certified game records are final evidence of the transaction and outcome, subject to correction of a manifest error and any mandatory dispute rights.

Closing the browser, losing connection, changing device or leaving a page does not cancel a transaction that has already been accepted by the server.

Images, animations, sounds and visual effects are for presentation. They do not determine or alter the underlying outcome. If an animation differs from the server result, the server result prevails.

9. Cases

9.1 Opening a Case

A Case may be opened only after the price and transaction are confirmed. The Case price is deducted immediately from the relevant balance. The possible outcomes, displayed values and available probability or payout information shown at confirmation apply to that opening.

The outcome is determined by the approved randomisation system when the transaction is accepted. The opening animation is a visual representation only and may be skipped, delayed or interrupted without changing the outcome.

Depending on the Case, an outcome may be credited as withdrawable balance, Bonus Funds, a promotional reward or a Virtual Item. The product page and applicable rules determine the nature, use, value and withdrawal status of the reward.

9.2 Displayed Values and Availability

Images are illustrative. Names, colours, animations and visual presentation may differ slightly from the credited reward. A displayed value is the platform value used for the relevant transaction and is not a guarantee of resale, retail or external market value.

DuelBet may replace, remove or suspend a Case or outcome where required by provider availability, error, legal requirements or product maintenance. Changes do not affect a completed opening unless the opening is void under Section 14.

10. Case Battles

10.1 Entry and Format

A Case Battle may be public, private or otherwise restricted. The entry cost, number of participants, Cases, rounds, reward-distribution method, scoring method and any special mode are displayed before you join. Your entry becomes final when accepted and the entry cost is deducted.

The same designated Case outcomes are generated for participants under the Battle rules. The winner or reward allocation is determined by the scoring or distribution method displayed before entry, which may include highest total value, lowest total value or another clearly identified mode.

If a tie occurs, the tie is resolved by the method shown in the Battle rules, such as an additional randomised tie-break, equal division or another disclosed method. DuelBet will not apply an undisclosed tie-breaker.

10.2 Participation and Integrity

After joining, leaving the page or disconnecting does not withdraw you from the Battle. Results may continue to be generated and settled automatically.

Collusion, coordinated entry, use of multiple Accounts, result manipulation, exploitation of private Battles, shared control of Accounts, bots and any attempt to influence or unfairly benefit from a Battle are prohibited.

If a Battle cannot start or complete because of a verified system failure, DuelBet may resume it from the recorded state, recreate the affected round, void it and return eligible entry amounts, or settle it using complete provider records, depending on what is fair and technically possible.

11. Upgrades

11.1 How an Upgrade Works

To use the Upgrade feature, you select an eligible input value or Virtual Item and a target outcome. Before confirmation, the Website displays the target, the amount at risk and the probability of success. The displayed probability may incorporate applicable product parameters and house margin.

When you confirm, the input is irrevocably committed. If the Upgrade succeeds, the target outcome is credited. If it fails, the committed input is forfeited. Partial refunds do not apply unless the displayed rules expressly provide otherwise.

The result is determined by the approved randomisation system at the time of acceptance. The wheel, bar, marker or other animation is visual only and does not affect the result.

11.2 Restrictions

You may not use an Upgrade to transfer value between Accounts, manipulate item values, exploit rounding or pricing differences, automate attempts, coordinate outcomes or bypass limits. DuelBet may cancel or reverse an Upgrade affected by a manifest pricing, configuration or software error.

12. Virtual Items and Platform Values

Virtual Items exist only within the DuelBet system and are licensed to you for personal use through the Services. Unless expressly stated, they do not give you ownership of intellectual property, a physical item, a financial instrument or an external digital asset.

Where the Website offers an exchange, sale, conversion or redemption function, the value and conditions displayed at confirmation apply. Values may change over time. A Virtual Item cannot be transferred to another user unless DuelBet expressly enables that function.

DuelBet may restrict conversion or redemption pending KYC, AML, wagering, security or fraud checks. Incorrectly credited items or values remain the property of DuelBet and may be removed or recovered.

13. Fairness, RNG and Verification

Chance-based Games are intended to operate using certified RNG or other approved randomisation technology. Game rules, odds or payout information are made available through the relevant product or provider interface.

Where a Game is identified as “provably fair”, the verification method, seeds, hashes or related information will be made available through the relevant interface. You are responsible for following the verification instructions.

Historical outcomes do not influence or guarantee future outcomes. No system, strategy or pattern can eliminate the risk of loss.

14. Errors, Interruptions and Void Transactions

DuelBet is not liable for ordinary internet, device, provider, blockchain or telecommunications failures outside its reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to restore Services and preserve valid server records.

A Game, Case, Case Battle, Upgrade, payout or transaction may be voided, corrected or resettled where it is affected by a manifest error, incorrect odds or value, duplicate credit, provider malfunction, corrupted data, unauthorised access, system configuration error or other failure that makes the stated result clearly invalid.

Where a valid stake was accepted but no outcome can be reliably determined, the usual remedy is return of the affected stake. Where the outcome was validly recorded before interruption, the recorded outcome stands.

You must notify Support promptly after discovering an error and must not exploit it. Funds or rewards obtained through an error may be removed, and withdrawals of such amounts may be recovered as a debt.

15. Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

DuelBet may offer bonuses, cashback, free spins, free Cases, loyalty rewards, codes, races, tournaments, raffles and other promotions. Each promotion may have separate eligibility, wagering, expiry, maximum win, game-contribution and withdrawal rules.

Bonus Funds are not cash and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable conditions are completed. Requesting a withdrawal, cancelling a bonus or breaching promotional rules may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

Promotions are intended for genuine individual users. Bonus abuse, coordinated activity, hedging, duplicate Accounts, repeated codes, low-risk manipulation, exploitation of game contribution, or any attempt to obtain an unintended advantage may result in cancellation of rewards, winnings or the Account.

DuelBet may correct, suspend or cancel a promotion affected by error, abuse, technical failure, legal requirements or circumstances outside reasonable control.

16. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, directly or indirectly:

  • use false identities, another person’s documents, payment method or wallet;
  • use VPNs, proxies, emulators, spoofing, remote-access tools or location masking to bypass restrictions or verification;
  • create or control multiple Accounts, share an Account, act through a third party or permit third-party play;
  • cheat, collude, chip-dump, soft-play, coordinate Case Battles, manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses;
  • use bots, scripts, macros, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, injected code or unauthorised software;
  • exploit an error, delay, price discrepancy, rounding issue, vulnerability, unfinished Game or incorrect configuration;
  • launder money, finance terrorism, process criminal proceeds, evade sanctions, conduct fraud or use the Services for unlawful activity;
  • initiate an unjustified chargeback or falsely deny an authorised payment;
  • harass users or staff, publish unlawful content, advertise competing services, or use chat to collude or disclose restricted information;
  • interfere with the Website, servers, security, data integrity or another user’s access.

17. Suspension, Closure and Withholding of Funds

DuelBet may restrict, suspend or close an Account where required by law, regulation, responsible-gaming obligations, security concerns, verification failure, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or protection of users and the Services.

During an investigation, we may freeze balances, withhold withdrawals, cancel bonuses, preserve data and request information. We may close related Accounts identified through shared devices, IP addresses, payment instruments, wallets, identities or other indicators.

Where a breach or abuse is established, DuelBet may void affected transactions, remove bonuses and winnings, recover losses, offset amounts owed and report the conduct. Lawfully deposited funds not connected with the breach will be handled in accordance with applicable law and compliance requirements.

You may request ordinary Account closure through Support. Before closure, open transactions must be settled and verification may be required. Closure does not remove obligations, investigations or record-retention duties that arose before closure.

18. Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

Gambling involves risk and may result in loss. You should play only with funds you can afford to lose. DuelBet may provide deposit, wager, loss and session limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and other controls.

A self-exclusion request must be submitted through the available responsible-gambling tools or Support. Once applied, you must not attempt to reopen, register another Account or access the Services through another person. We will take reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion across Accounts we can identify.

If you tell us that you are experiencing gambling-related harm, we may restrict the Account immediately. Self-exclusion and responsible-gambling measures are governed by the Responsible Gambling Policy and applicable licence requirements.

19. Software and Intellectual Property

DuelBet grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Website and software solely for lawful personal gaming under these Terms.

The DuelBet brand, domain, content, interface, designs, databases, source code, game integrations, graphics, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to DuelBet. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, frame, mirror, sell, sublicense, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape or create derivative works from the Services except to the minimum extent that applicable law does not permit this restriction.

20. Third-Party Providers and Links

Some Games, payments, verification, communications and technical services are supplied by third parties. Their additional terms may apply. DuelBet is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that are not operated on its behalf.

A link or integration does not imply endorsement. You should review third-party terms and privacy notices before using an external service.

21. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Submit the complaint to [email protected] with your username, date, transaction or Game reference, disputed amount and a clear description. Game-outcome disputes should be submitted within 14 calendar days of the session; Account, payment, bonus or suspension disputes should be submitted within 30 calendar days.

DuelBet will investigate and aims to provide a final response within 30 calendar days. You must cooperate with reasonable requests for documents or information.

If the complaint remains unresolved after the internal process, you may refer it to DuelBet’s appointed approved ADR provider, as identified on the Website, in the complaints procedure, or through the interactive licence seal. ADR communications may be required in English. The Anjouan Gaming Authority supervises licence compliance but does not decide individual player disputes.

22. Liability and Indemnity

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. Subject to that limitation, DuelBet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss caused by gambling decisions, or failures outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuelBet’s aggregate liability arising from a specific disputed transaction is limited to the amount of the valid affected stake or the amount that should have been credited under the correct Game result.

You agree to indemnify DuelBet and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers against reasonable losses, claims and costs caused by your unlawful conduct, fraud, material breach of these Terms or violation of third-party rights.

23. Changes, Availability and Termination of Services

We may update these Terms where necessary to reflect legal, regulatory, product, security or operational changes. Material changes will be notified through the Website, Account or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider changes, regulatory orders, force majeure, cyber incidents or technical issues may require temporary or permanent suspension of part of the Services.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan and, where applicable, the laws of the Union of Comoros, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or the licensing and regulatory obligations applicable to the Services.

Before starting court or arbitration proceedings, you must complete the complaints process in Section 21, except where urgent relief is legally available. The competent courts of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights applicable to you.

25. General

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement concerning the Services. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain effective.

DuelBet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a reorganisation, licence structure, merger, sale or transfer of business, subject to applicable law. You may not assign your Account or rights without written consent.

A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. The English version prevails over translations to the extent legally permitted.

26. Contact and Legal Information
